• Medicinal Policy & Disclaimer
It is a legal requirement that no claim for the therapeutic value of the products sold are made. Nevertheless, the traditional value of herbal remedies is well known and documented and information can be found in numerous books, articles, the internet and our Herb Profiles Section. Before making a purchase, you may call or e-mail for advice, especially if you are already taking prescription medications from your GP. Please also check the Contra-indications section of this web-site.
• With regard to my work as a Medical Herbalist, no medicinal claims are made or intended. No claims or guarantees are made or intended concerning any of the products sold and no claims are made for their effectiveness, or for any conditions treated through the Health Recovery Programme or Standard Consultations.
• Payment Methods
Only cash and cheques are accepted. Cheques are payable to:
Patricia Ferguson. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Cash is acceptable in person, but please do not send money through the post. At the moment, we are unable to process credit card payments.
• Visits to the Greenleaves Herbal Healthcare are by appointment only.
• Refunds
Unused and undamaged goods returned within 14 days will be fully refunded. Exceptions are live cultures and frozen juices which are not refundable.
• Deposits
Please note the Living Foods Seminar require a 50% deposit on booking. Deposits are non refundable if less than one week’s notice of cancellation is given.
• Postage & Packaging Charges
• £2.75 for orders under £15
• £3.75 for orders between £15 and £30
• £4.75 for orders between £30 and £50
• Free postage on orders over £50
Postage & Packaging Charges apply to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles delivery only. For overseas orders, please contact Greenleaves for postage costs.
• Confidentiality
Please know that we maintain strict confidentiality and never give out e-mail addresses or any other information about customers and patients.
• Children under 16 attending for consultation must be accompanied by an adult.
