Living Foods for Living People Sunday Seminars
The Seminars will be held on the last Sunday of every month, beginning on 30 July 2006 from 11.30 to 2.30pm. For the optimum benefit of each participant, each Seminar will accommodate a maximum of five people.
The Seminars will explain why eating living foods and the valuable enzymes they contain is central to the prevention of chronic and degenerative diseases, including obesity. The Seminars will also show you why nutrition alone is not enough.
The Seminar will also cover the following topics:
- Demonstration : How to use a Dehydrator; preserve living foods without destroying enzymes and nutrients.
- Demonstration : Preparing Kombucha Tea; the ancient liver detoxifier.
- Sprouting seeds & green vegetable juicing; enzymes = vitality.
- The wonders of Wheatgrass; Nature’s healing miracle.
- How a Living Food Diet can help you control your weight.
The cost of the Seminar is £67.00 and includes a living / raw food lunch as well as a Living Foods package for each participant which will include:
- Frozen Wheatgrass juice
- Organic Sprouting Mix (10 varieties of seeds for sprouting)
- Sprouting Jar
I regret that no individual health problems can be discussed at length, during the Seminar. If you would prefer to have a private consultation, this can be booked separately.
